It is fair to say that sport plays a major part in school life at Ardvreck, although never at the expense of balance, inclusiveness or the school's ethos. We aim to provide fun and worthwhile experiences for all, promoting personal fitness, self-esteem, excellence, sportsmanship and camaraderie.

There is a games session on every day from Monday to Saturday and although seasonal team sports are the main focus each term there is always variety during the week and often alternative activities.

There are opportunities for all pupils to play in teams at a level appropriate for their experience, for example in house competitions, in fixtures against other schools and in national representative teams.
